Sudo ln -s th_en_US_v2.idx th_en_GB_v2.idx Sudo ln -s th_en_US_v2.dat th_en_GB_v2.dat I checked /etc//dictionary.1st had the correct entries, and it did, and in fact openoffice seems to ignore the file (I edited out all languages except UK/GB, and all the others still showed up, even if I wiped my ~/. directory). (BTW, I am running OO3 on Intrepid/Easy Peasy 1.0) I was unable to find one but managed to figure it out myself, so I thought I'd share in case someone else comes looking for it. Please find below the contents of my /etc/openoffice/dictionary.lst file which I haven't modified at all. I've already seen the thread that your post suggests I look at, but unfortunately it didn't solve my problem.
